12-Month Limited Warranty
Supachip ("Company") warrants to the original purchaser ("Customer") that all SUPA PEN-AIR, SUPA PEN-PRO, and SUPA PEN-MAX pen tablets ("Products") are free from material defects in workmanship, materials, and design for the warranty periods listed below, when used normally and in accordance with all operating instructions.

The warranty period begins on the date of original purchase as evidenced by a valid order confirmation, invoice, or receipt.
What's Covered
During the applicable warranty period, if a Product is found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship under normal use, Supachip will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective Product with an equivalent or improved model at no charge.
- Manufacturing defects in the pen tablet hardware or digitiser surface.
- Malfunctioning pressure sensitivity, tilt recognition, shortcut keys, or touch controls under normal use.
- Defective USB-C port or connectivity issues not caused by external damage.
- Stylus malfunction (pressure detection, button failure) under normal operating conditions.
What's Not Covered
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accident, or negligence.
- Damage caused by liquid exposure, extreme temperatures, or improper storage conditions.
- Normal wear and tear, including surface scratches from regular use.
- Damage resulting from unauthorised repair, disassembly, or modification.
- Damage caused by use with incompatible software, cables, or accessories not supplied by Supachip.
- Consumable parts such as pen nibs, protective surface films, and packaging materials.
- Cosmetic damage (dents, scratches) that does not affect product functionality.
- Products with altered, defaced, or removed serial numbers.
- Damage due to software conflicts, computer viruses, or third-party driver issues.
- Damage caused during shipping (covered separately under carrier insurance).
How to Claim Warranty
To file a warranty claim, email support@supachip.com with the following:
- Your order number and date of purchase.
- Product variant (SUPA PEN-AIR, SUPA PEN-PRO, or SUPA PEN-MAX).
- A clear description of the defect or issue encountered.
- Photographs or a short video demonstrating the problem.
- The product's serial number (found on the back of the device).
Our team will review your claim within 3–5 business days and provide instructions. Approved replacements are dispatched within 5 business days.
