7-Day Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Supachip product. If you're not happy with your purchase, you may return any SUPA PEN-AIR, SUPA PEN-PRO, or SUPA PEN-MAX within 7 days of delivery for an exchange, subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation intact.
• The product must not show signs of physical damage, tampering, or modification.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) is required.
• Pen nibs, protective films, and other consumable accessories are non-returnable once the sealed packaging is opened.

 

How to Initiate a Return

• Email support@supachip.com with your order number, product variant (AIR / PRO / MAX), and reason for return.
• Our team will respond within 24 hours with a return authorisation and shipping instructions.
• Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we'll process your exchange.

 

Damaged or Defective Products

If your Supachip product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We'll arrange a free pickup and send you a replacement.
